Simple form, symmetrical curves harmonised with raw materials and an abundance of natural light. Recycled brick, timber, concrete, and Colourbond were our answer to the unique colour palette of the clients. A deliberate statement piece and point of difference.

16 North is a place for family and friends to come together, entertain and make memories. Carefully thought out spaces allow for both form and function to coincide, open voids and high ceilings were key aspects of the design strategy. Plunge pool and a leafy outlook play perfect backdrop to a place to call home.
